Fuzzies for the Mash

I've been wanting to do this dress on a card for awhile now.  I've seen several cards made in the last few months, and I thought it was just brilliant.  The dress top uses the Round Tab punch.  Then I saw this card (scroll down a bit) posted on Patty Bennett's blog from the cruise:
I'm not sure what the skirt was made of, but I thought it looked like a napkin.  Then I saw this challenge from Friday Mashup:
Well, I don't have any fabric.  And I didn't know what I could use that's not ribbon.  Then I remembered the napkin dress.  I've got napkins!  LOL.  Then, as fate would have it.  There is a demonstrator in Alaska calling for cards to be sent to her mother who's having surgery.  Well, it was perfect.  I got to make a card, enter a challenge AND send it to someone who needs it!  Hope it'll brighten someone's day when they see it!
My Supplies List (all supplies and images by Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted):
Stamp Set(s): Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Marina Mist
Papers:  Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Pretty in Pink, Beyond the Garden DSP
Accessories: Round Tab punch, Scalloped Oval punch, Word Window punch, Modern Label punch, Bitty Punch Pack, Basic Pearls, Marina Mist 1/8" Taffeta ribbon, Framed Tulips embossing folder, Elegant Bouquet embossing folder
