Too Kind Works

Today's card uses Work of Art stamp set in such an interesting way.  I loved it as soon as I saw it.  Card CASE'd from Lisa.  See how the clouds and the grass are made using Work of Art stamps?  Isn't it great?

Endless Birthday Wishes

Good Monday to you!  Today's card uses a great photopolymer stamp set, called Endless Birthday Wishes.  I just love this style.  I sure hope Stampin' Up! makes more of it.  The first run had caused a backorder almost immediately after this set was released.  The second shipment finally came in, and if you haven't placed your order for it yet, you need to do it NOW! :)

Today's card is a CASE of Mindy's.  I changed up the colors based on the colored twine I have.  Oh, you know what else I also love?  Using Work of Art as background of flowers, or in this case, cake.  Makes it look so effortless, doesn't it?

Work of Art CASE

I CASE'd this card quite a long time ago from someone.  Now I can't remember who!  Anyways, this was made with Work of Art stamp set.  Soooo super versatile!  All the colors are the brand new 2014-2016 Incolors: Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow, Lost Lagoon, Hello Honey, and Tangelo Twist.

You know what the bonus of this card is?  Pretty much considered 1-layer, which means only 1 postage stamp required to mail! :)

2014-2015 Sneak Peek!

Today I'm showing you 2 cards made with some of the new goodies from the upcoming Annual Catalog.  The first card was originally inspired by Diane.  But I didn't like hiding the tag, so I decided to put it outside.  The background on the tag is done by inking up the Decorative Dots embossing folder and carefully laying the cardstock on top.  You could brayer the back, to get a better coverage.  Or you could be lazy like me and just use your fingers. :)

With this second card, I wanted to kind of have this ombre look with the chevron stamp.  So I stamped the top one off twice, before stamping on cardstock.  Then the next set was stamped off once.  The last one was not stamped off.
