Birthday Inkspirations

I'm not sure if I actually posted this in time, but I enjoyed this sketch from Inkspirations Challenges.

 I have no idea why the element in the center with the circle reminded me of my Two Tags die again, so that's what I did.  I also got to use my Tasteful Trim die for the scallop piece towards the bottom.  What do you think?  I thought of using a ribbon, but that's just so... expected. :)  I was going to use the Trim die on a ribbon, but alas, I didn't have the guts to do that yet.
