Birthday Cake

Yikes, it's been way too long since I posted any cards here.  I'm currently fighting yet another cold.  All I'm hoping is that I don't pass this to the short people.

I CASE'd this card from my good friend, Pam.  I changed up the colors and used a different cake stamp (from Embellished Events).  Can you see I put little Basic Pearls on the cake?  I thought that was a nice touch.
