You pull the tab on the bottom to have the little cards flip up and down like the waterfall. Pretty simple and very neat looking. My daughter liked it (for a whole 10 minutes). She even showed grandma her special card and how to operate it.

Waterfall
My daughter, 2 1/2 yrs old, always sees me making cards for other people. She has now started asking me to make and send her a card. One day, I decided to make her something. I wanted it to be different than anything else she's seen from me. I decided to make this waterfall card after seeing Dawn's version. I found further instructions at splitcoaststampers (where else?).
