Thank you so much for joining us for the November Stylin’ Stampin’ Squad Blog Hop! This month our projects focus on Christmas. While we yet have to give thanks this month, some of us are already thinking about sending Christmas cards, what kind of packaging to present gifts in and how we want to deck our halls. On this month’s blog hop we are showcasing many of the Stampin’ Up! products that are available in the Holiday Catalog. You will see everything from cards to gift tags to 3-D décor and gift packaging. We hope you enjoy seeing how we use the products to create our projects and feel inspired to come up with some great projects of your own.
Remember you can order all of the products showcased from your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
You should have just left stop number 3 on the Stylin’ Stampin’ Squad blog hop – DJ's Stampin' Place. If so, you are in the right spot. If a link doesn’t work or you get off track, you will find the full blog hop lineup below.
I'm super excited to show you my project this month. I chose Festive Flurry as the product to showcase. The largest snowflake in the stamp set is quite large. I also found some shrink plastic that I've had for-evah. So I had wondered for the longest time, whether the framelit would cut through the shrink plastic (yes, it does), and how it would look after shrinkage. This is what I came up with.
I was, in fact, so super excited about this, that I made a second card.
I used the design sketch from Mojo Monday for both cards. What do you think? Which one do you like better?
Thanks for stopping by. Your next stop is Ink-a-Doodle Creations with Cynthia!

Its hard to decide, but I like the smokey gray card best. It gives it a softer look! I like the idea of the snowflake on velum. Great job!
I agree with Cynthia, hard to decide like the look of softer and vellum, so underused by this girl! Thanks for sharing!
Cute cards and I love the idea of the shrink snowflakes, very fun!
Is the bottom left snowflakes on both cards stamped on vellum? Cool!
Love these cards Annie! What a fun way to make the snowflake :) I have to say my favorite is the second!
Annie, I just love these cards.. they are beautiful!
You can never go wrong with snowflakes and Stampin' Up! did an awesome job with the Festive Flurry set...one of my favs for sure! Way to get creative with the shrinky dink snowflake! I think I like the card with the gray base the best! :)

Great idea to use the snowflake and shrink it. I can't decide which card I like best both are pretty. :-)
